From when to when does our working time last?
Our working hours are strictly from Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:00 (CET time zone). During this time, you can reach us and assign tasks to us. Different consultation appointments can be requested in individual cases.
Do we have a written contract or do I just order the package online and that's it?
We have a comprehensive order form that ensures mutual agreement on the services to be provided and received. It is mandatory to sign this form before commencing work. Additionally, before we begin, you are required to pay the full price of the selected package for the month. At the end of each month, you will receive an accurate report of the hours included in your package.
Is there a notice period or is a long-term contract required?
You can flexibly adjust the number of hours in your package every month. This way, you don’t have to commit for the long term. You can terminate the collaboration with a 15-day notice period before the end of the month.
When and how do I need to pay the monthly fee?
In addition to the order form, we send the invoice for the first month, which must be paid within 8 days via the pre-arranged method. Our service will start after confirmation of successful payment. If our service is needed over several months, we will send an invoice for the services for that month at the beginning of each month.

What if I am not 100% satisfied with the work I received?
